  5. Refund Policy 
  
  At VidyaiTech, we aim to provide high-quality software services tailored to your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, our refund policy is as follows: 
  
  1. Service-Based Refunds 
  Consulting/Training Services: If cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled session, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or for missed sessions. 
  
  Software Development Projects: A refund may be provided only for the unused portion of work if the client terminates the agreement before delivery. Any completed work will be billed and non-refundable. 
  
  2. No Refunds For: 
  Custom or milestone-based services already rendered. 
  
  Services where substantial effort or time has already been invested. 
  
  Delays or dissatisfaction due to client-side delays or lack of communication. 
  
  3. How to Request a Refund 
  To initiate a refund, please write to joshimayurr.25@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue. Our team will assess the request based on the service agreement and respond within 5 working days. 
  
  Once the request is approved amount will be credited back to your bank account within 5-7 business days .
